Marionette.

Marionette.

A Poem by Nina Marie
"

"Just rest alone there my puppet, Wait for me as you grow numb."

"

Hello little puppet!
Hello little marionette!
Wont you come and play?
Come dance for me my little pet!

You're so beautiful little marionette!
Look at your legs move at the will of my strings!
Faster little marionette!
You'll fly, just let me control your wings.

That's right little marionette,
You move just as I say!
That's enough today marionette,
We'll play again another day.

Suddenly, I tire of you, marionette,
I pine for a new toy,
I've grown terribly bored of you,
You no longer give me joy.

Don't leave your box, though, marionette,
I want you just where I've left you,
So I may toy with my old puppet,
If one day I choose too.

You cannot fly my marionette,
My hand controls your freedom,
Just rest alone there my puppet,
Wait for me as you grow numb...

When will you come back for me master?
To move me by your will,
Wont you love me again master?
I'm waiting for you still......
