"You're stupid".

"You're ugly".

"You're f*****g annoying",

"You're not worth anything".

"Why do you have to be so dumb?"


I wish life came with an undo button. So, then,

this breaks my heart~ few understand how words cut deeper than any knife ~ that words leave bruises and wounds that never completely heal~
I remeber words like these~ it took me until my teen years to learn how to deflect them~ and decades to heal from them~
I am so so sorry someone spat such horrific words at you~ know this though~ they do it out of their own lack of humanity~ their own ignorance and lack of confidence~ there is nothing I detest more than a bully~
