WitchA Poem by SimplyDisastrousWitch
You take me on a ride on your broomstick through the night You assure me that everything will be alright While we glide through the clouds of the sky I begin to think of how you lied You never told me you were a witch Now I wonder why that makes me twitch Of course you won’t hurt me, you’re my friend If I ask you if you’re evil, it might offend We are dipping now, through the stars and the fog Down low, almost on land, we barely bypass the smog You whisk me back home and I crawl in bed You tuck me away safely in my bedspread A kiss, you bestow on my head and wish thee farewell Now, I’m not so afraid that you’re a witch and you cook spells. © 2010 SimplyDisastrousAuthor's Note
