A Beautiful World With You

A Beautiful World With You

A Poem by Margarette
"

To the world you may be just one person, but to one person you may be the world.

When I feel blue

I remove any of my hesitations

Gather the wind

And clear the mind

Everyday is so wonderful

Joyous and elated as the sun rises

The eternal cycle continues

As we live through the years

When I’m alone

I look up to the sky

Counting the birds that pass by

How interesting life can be!

I think of you

Even the reason

I hold my head high

Is because of you

Another day to begin

The world is just so beautiful

Miracles happen everywhere

As I have seen another morning with you

Sometimes it feels like the world's on my shoulders, everyone's leaning on me. 'Cause sometimes it feels like the world's almost over, but then he comes back to me.

Nicely done !

The feeling you describe is truly wonderful, transcendent even. It is quite beautiful when you find a person who does this for you; you do a very nice job of describing what that moment of discovery is like.

I think this poem was really literal and to the point. It almost seems like a "daily optimistic journal writing" type poem, if that makes sense? I really enjoyed the last stanza and thought it was your strongest.

very sweet love and passion expressed in a very nice way. i love how you showed your love to the beloved as if they are everything for you. a day passing without them is not supposed to be counted as a day of your life...
i have really enjoyed reading this..

sixty birds on the telephone line four fly away , How many are left?
None they all take off.
