Imagine

Imagine

A Poem by ScarletDemon

Imagine seeing a smell and hearing a sound, Running over the smoothness filled with roughness, Letting go of our interests to cling to greater interests, Losing to the burning fire, passing through the light to reach the darkness, Becoming a good person for the sake of evil.

Think of the spinning thoughts in your mind, They are all different, but they are all the same, They seem meaningful, but they are meaningless, They are logical, but they are illogical.

Imagine a world covered with countless colors, Where every color hums the chaos’ song, Accompanying a discordant melody, They are the ones bringing order to disorder.

Imagine the flesh and bone, then their clatters, Then their orders, then their disorders, Their harmonious and disharmonious rhythms.

Imagine the traces of destruction, Then horror and savagery, Until innocent hearts become corrupted, Until the corrupted turn into ashes.

Take a glimpse at life until you realize you are unaware of what you are looking at, Isn't it intriguing?

Our own ideas, ideals, and ideologies, They are all different, but they are all the same, They are all meaningful, but they are meaningless, They are all logical, but they are illogical.

Dream of an endless infinity, Which holds no meaning, lost in the pursuit of senselessness, Dream of fire made of ice, warmth that is coldness, Ugliness that is beauty, value that is worthlessness.

Dream of a fire shirt that consumes, devastates, and turns to ashes, Fueled by its own desires, fueled by sacrificing others.

Now stop, now finish, and conclude all these absurdities, For you have reached the beginning of the journey.

Very interesting journey to then reach the imperative... A lot of contradictions and challenges to initial impression. This keeps one interested for the next line as it traverses a dream scape. Bravo
