A Poem by Scott Lee
"

Something I wrote living in the high desert mountains where the winds are vicious dogs coming to bite you....

"

In the moon lit hills the wind is a wave crashing "splash" the rain is the sky-dancers tears

pounding pounding pounding

crying for Justice Lost, crying for the murder accepted with smiles and nods

Now I will wander through mountain tops as the wind shakes me out of sleep and the

sky-dancer's tears slap

my face with winter's chill,

Wake up Sleeper

Awake to the mystical dance

behind wind & cloud

flame & stone

water & flow

run my heart down the waterfalls then see if there's a change

I see jewels glittering in pools of hideaways

I connect my heart to the light in the sky

I breathe Dreams that Drive the Demons back......

I howl to the moon

w/ a song only she can understand

I live under the crystal mountain where secrets bloom  & gardens rise

the wind attacks, the guard dogs howl and pursue,

rain and snow splatters, full moon high

violet light, dawn-like eyes sewn tight to the mystic sight where 1 can witness nature dance

powerful, unstoppable, unbeaten, unhinged, born from nowhere

never to die

Indestructible.....

If now and then we encounter pages that explode, pages that wound, sears, tears, groans, and curses, know they came from a man with his back up, a man whose only defenses left are his words, and his w.. more..
