You

You

A Poem by Sibusiso Kotela

Inebriated by your smile
I wander,
Not looking for anything,
No,
I have already found my treasure.

Emotions stacked up in a pile,
Wonder.
Love, such a strange feeling.
Such happiness you bestow,
Such unparalleled pleasure.

I stare.
So rude of me.
Can't help it though.
I am not really here, not now.
On the horizon I trace your brow,
On strange faces I see you. So
Taken am I really.
I walk around bare.

Love

Thank you Micheal, love is universal... We can only share it.
It's strange how we can inspire people, without even realizing it.

Beautiful poem!

My apologies for replying after so much time. Thank you for your encouraging words.. read more
We are so inspired by others, just a person being themselves can be enough to set us aflame, the sparks of inspiration soaring, causing us some terrible trouble to succeed or really go somewhere in life if we are not already there
