A Slave To Dispair

A Slave To Dispair

A Poem by Sayonara

This is me.
And I'm aware.
That I'm a slave.
To this dispair.
And as we know life is unfair.
But you don't know what I go through here.
You may think you understand.
But you don't.
You say you will help.
But you won't.
I don't need help.
I need someone to understand.
So I won't feel so alone in this sad and painfilled land.
I'm a slave to my dispair.
It commands me and I don't care.
It tells me what to do and I just give in.
It understands how lonely I've been.
You people will never understand me.
No matter how hard I bleed.
The dispair tells me what to do.
So if I hurt you.
Its because it told me to.
The dispair is my king.
The dispair is my master.
When it is near.
My heart beats faster.
When I'm alone.
And no one is around.
It comforts me.
And I don't make a sound.
A slave to dispair.
That's who I am.
