Alexander's PleaA Poem by KloverfieldI don't want you to ever leave. My heart is nothing without you, And yet I find it hard to breathe Whenever you are in my view. You are my dear heart, my sweet love. You've brought light to my longing eyes. A beauty only born above, With lovely wings, she really flies. A meter small for love so dear, A love so true, I could not feign My devotion, never mirrored In ev'n the heaviest thickest rain. A light so pure in you, my Love, Cannot be hid beneath your blush. I'm lost in night, no light above, A weary quester for your touch.
