Overload

Overload

A Poem by R.G. Bennet
"

Me = eternally busy.

"
The wheels in my head
How they relentlessly turn
Countless tasks! I'm spent.

haha. the haiku lends its self the the kind of breathless, overwhelming feeling the words evoke. a perfect form for such a familiar feeling!

Very nice haiku! I loved it! The syllables are in perfect 5-7-5 format. This short thirteen word poem expresses overload on the human mind so very well:)

Happens to the best of us! I too always used to feel burnt out at college. There's just something or the other to do at all times of the day! Well written Senryu.. :)

Nice haiku, like the I'm spent. at the end...i am the worlds worst for having too many irons in the fire. Sometimes it cant be helped. Hang on in there! Thanks.

I think you've probably spoken for a good percentage of us. I know I feel the same. Well worded!
