Teenage Revelation

I went on a church choir retreat with my youth group and other church members around my age. The theme was "Fishing for Faith" and I wrote a poem during prayer, and I like it a lot.

I feel the love,

Fishing for Faith,

The will to move,

Is so overpowering,

The flight of a dove,

If I move at this rate,

Then I have everything to prove,

And accept my fate.

I found my savior,

He's waiting for me,

Not at the top of the mountain,

But climbing with me.

A revelation,

It all makes sense,

The gifts I was given,

Are finally put to use.
