To Be Honest...

I am not perfect. I have flaws. But I accept them...Right?

To be honest...

I'm not perfect.

I’m not the prettiest.

Or the funniest.

Sometimes I’m not even fun.

I don’t wear the cutest clothes,

And I am not the happiest person.

My smile isn’t the whitest and it’s not always there.

I easily lose focus and I laugh at people often.

But you know what?

They were laughing at me first.

I’m not the skinniest and I don’t have the best skin.

To be honest…

I accept these flaws and go on with my life.

I tell it how it is.

I’m not gonna sugar coat anything.

Or change who I am.

When I say something I mean it.

To be honest…

I don’t like who i am.

I don’t like the life I lead.

I don’t like being alone.

But I promised…

To stop trying to give up.

I stopped cutting.

But I’m not done crying.

I promised and I never lie.

I won’t give up…

Until life gives up on me.

To be honest…
