The Hanging Clock

The Hanging Clock

A Poem by Satyajit
"

The poem is dedicated to my love, Shrisha. Our love is beyond this horizon where we both meet at a point. But by the time, we'll be one; maybe death will knock onto my door.

The days will pass with the counted age.

Hanging and tickling; the clock says.

Won't let us fall in love a bit.

Once it stops, our love will succeed.

True love has power and numbered days.

Hanging and tickling; the clock says.

Our dreams will croak and we can't meet.

When it halts, our love will succeed.

Keep on loving, you'll get some ways.

Hanging and tickling; the clock says.

You shall entangle & die in it.

The clock says, then our love will succeed.
