Captivated

Captivated

A Poem by Your-immortal

You've captivated my mind,
I'm wary of my next move,
Unsure of whether to push forward,
Or to fall back and leave it all behind,
I could easily walk away,
So can you.

You've captivated my soul,
You're holding me down to earth,
Making me notice the life around me,
Breathing in the scent of essence,
The scent of life.

You could captivate my love,
Even the darkest parts that delve into my scarred past,
Down to the demons who had stolen my identity.

You've captivated my soul,
Can you hold on?
