FOREST GLADEA Poem by Dark PriestessThe beauty of a forest in London, UKThe
leaves have changed from green to red And
now line the paths we tread Where,
moist with the morning dew The
sweet scent of the fresh earth Touches
our senses and heart
Glittering
sunbeam sprites Dart
down each golden ray Penetrating
within the shady bower Creating
an enchanted wonderland Where
creatures big and small come awake To
greet the dawn as a new day breaks
Isolated
in its beauty Tranquil
in its charm This
forest glade stands alone Enticing
in its embrace Where
weary travellers can wonder At
its untouched beauty and solitude and quiet grace
And
ponder the mystery of this creation …..
one place that is a haven For
all eternity
