SPRINGTIME

SPRINGTIME

A Poem by Dark Priestess
"

Renewal of hope

"

Roses do not bloom

Where life does not live

Where birds do not sing

Where grass does not grow

But only where spring explodes

In splashes of colour

And portraits of joy

That paint the air

With beauty and hope

The dark winter crushes

The delicate spring

But the flowers have their time of year

They prevail in times of sorros

Holding fast to their beauty

Before they die

Only to live again…..
