Perfection in Human FormA Poem by Katie LynnA dedication to my beloved cousin.
Can
You believe there is an angel, who Never shows her face, she hides inside The body of a girl of noble race, Her radiant glow, so warm and bright, could melt solid Ice, frozen hard from time, her light is Always shining, it never fails to touch the hearts of others. Be her two or be her twenty, Reliable effervescence of optimism, Ever present in her words, beseeching Against anger, distrust, and cynicism, Now she is six and going on twenty-three, Never wondering of evil and where it could be, she's Always smiling, happy and free. That soul is sweet as sugar, innocence is At rest in her heart, You would not believe this angel exists, we've Loved her from the very start, though she is still in the Overture of her life, the blooming of a Rose will always take time. © 2011 Katie LynnAuthor's Note
