As I get older and rain brings arthritic pain I have lost all fascination with rainbows so I now relay on writes like this so thank you. The title brings to mind Patrick Rothfuss book "The Name Of The Wind" and your poem could fit nice into the story. Standing Ovation! Clap! Clap! Clap! Clap! Clap!

I like how that caesura break comes into play in the first line followed by “Rain.” The rhythm goes well here as well as you reflect on the power of nature – “Flowing Through All Things.” I enjoy when so much is said with that sense of brevity, nicely done and much enjoyed, Thanks.

I actually rather like the somewhat incongruous contrast between your words which have a simple yet profound feeling... and the quote from Dolly P which is so matter of fact and also simple but evokes a completely different response.

Title of this poem reminds me of Pocahontas. It was a nice one.

That's awesome, love the brevity.
I do that too, paint and then try to write in words what the painting means to me.

Without rain there can't be a rainbow.
Without pain there can't be beauty.

Nice work!
