soldiers marriage

Marry Me, 

When i asked you that, 

"Me" was so much more indepth 

than anoy other person i know. 

Me or i does not stand alone. 

I need you to be able to marry my 

life, which in return you will become mine. 

You don't only marry me but you 

also marry the soldier that i have became.

Marrying me means you marry the time i spend 

on deployement thousands and thousands of miles away.

It means the man you will marry is also the one who 

is hidden that is scarred for life from the visions 

of pain and indifference i have witnessed overseas. 

Hardships will arise many times through out our years 

for my perception and ideas will enhance in many ways. 

You may never understand but thats i ask from you 

when i bend on this knee to ask for you hand in marriage. 

I am not the only one i must abide to but also my command 

and of course the ground that we walk upon. 

So marrying me means last minute runs to the boss, 

or even change of scenery at the drop of a dime. 

So before you said "I Do", Promise me you know when 

i say marry me, I do not stand alone.
