At The End of July
A Poem by
sasha
1.
Old children’s chair
Stands alone at waste containers
Seat worn-out
2.
Clouds in the sky
Floating over the roofs
Play of light conjures
3.
Go all misty-eyed
Whenever I fall
head-long
Into the past
4.
Grasp the nettle
Hear how the spurs
jingle
Help on the way

Thank you, Jacob, for a nice message, your review is touching and seems to be like a piece of writing..full of feelings..

and they will pick that seat up and carry it away along with my memories that jingle in my mind...and prick and sting me.
quite a nice write....there is something abstract with this...and there is also a feeling of being trapped in some life we can't get out of...the sun shines over the roofs...but i can hardly see it.
