I believe in a world where everyone is kind. A world where art is more than a cut out square plastered on a museum wall and love is more than an app you download on your cell phone. I believe in a world where people don’t look at the differences between themselves and others, but they instead turn their minds to the similarities. A world where people see that all religious peoples are just the same, devoting their lives to the mere concept that some God, spirits, or the like have conspired to place them in this life so there MUST be a purpose that they are here. You see, we all want the same things. Each and every one of us, whether we realize it or not, are in pursuit of a happy and fulfilled life. We have somehow concocted this idea within ourselves that only a certain few can achieve such an extraordinary goal. The enemies becoming our own, just so we can try to catch a glimpse. Judgement and hatred cloud our minds, creating an endless facade that we are making “progress”. The enemy is not each other, it is instead the absence of love. At some point in history we drifted away from the notion that love fulfills our purpose. I believe we need to drift towards it once more. Most importantly, I believe in a world where everyone else believes exactly this.
