Pressing forward

This came from out of nowhere guys! But no that I think about it... It's true. Yay for random thoughts!

I find myself alone again
on this slowly winding road
and I'm not worried cause I know
Even if they're not beside me
My friends are pushing me on
saying "just a little further"

So I keep on walking
with my hands
buried deep in my pockets
and I know I'm making progress

Even if I find myself alone again tomorrow
I won't be concerned
My friends have got my back
No matter where I turn
and even if they're not beside me
my friends are pushing me on
saying "Shoot for the moon"

So for once as I am walking
I gaze up at the sky
and I smile
cause even if I find myself alone again tomorrow
I know my friends have got my back
I'm making progress
so I keep pressing forward.
