the meaning of love

How can you say

"I love You" 

When you don't even know what that means?

 

love is when you'll do anything

to make that other person happy

even if it means letting them go

 

but you don't understand that do you?

I'm happy that he's happy

So don't you tell me that I don't stand a chance with him

Don't preach to me about "letting him go"

and don't you dare tell me

that I'm gonna get hurt

 

You think I'm gonna give up on him

just to be with you?

All you can do is talk

about your accomplishments

how Great YOU are

 you don't even hear

any thing I say

All you think about is you

 

Don't tell me you love me

you don't know what you're talking about

You really do have a way when it comes to describing emotions. I think it's great, but maybe if you add in some literary devices, it'll be stronger.
