do our hearts stop beating

Or maybe they blend..

when there's no more happy endings?

does time stop his wheel

or keep on spinning...

 

What happens

when the world's blind to tears?

does it cringe in terror

or fight off its fears...

 

What happens

when heroes die? 

do we praise their great deeds

or call them all lies...

 

What happens

When no one else cares?

the world becomes helpless

and we all move upstairs...

Instead of writing "do are hearts stop beating" you should have put "our" not "are"
gosh come on, you should know the difference.
