Words to say

Words to say

A Poem by Sarah

I have words to say

just like you

I have a voice that's been diminished

with the thought of rejection

My vocal cords are strained

dried out

all because you are not within my reach

My tongue has forgotten its use

thus the letters that create the right words

can't be properly made anymore

My teeth chatter without your warmth

And through all this

inside I'm screaming

I cry out

but I know that my desires

can't be met

No matter what

Because where we are vastly similar

there is one major attribute

you possess

that is the complete opposite of me

And that is what separates us

This one thing

Unchanging

Forever

But my words won't change

Said or Unsaid

I have words to say...

Just like you...

They're just... different

my soul is pulled on by star's living and dead ones know they sit beside
echoing words peaking come closure striping parts torn to the fall
parts of my mind
drip from the selling
pouring down the walls.
as multiple colored rain drops,
lyrical vapor roller coaster
fluids out through the flour,
given for tomorrow.
through waves of history
flows within wires and air waves
form past yesterday's
relaying parts of my mind
re shaping refreshing reforming,
linked in nature and bounded with creation.
what i go throw now

your beautiful truly in ur words say how you are

Words should be spoken... anything unsaid just cummulates up in your heart and mind, so its better to vent it out - if not to someone, then in poetry.

Well done, Bravo!

I like this line. it works in several ways. A numb feeling, a forgotten feeling and a lsot feeling. All summed up really well. It sticks with the reader. Bravo

This had romance, feeling, thought, and a bit of something that some folk might see as good ole fashion love. If this was to one person, it would be worth more than a bended knee an diamond ring, maybe something like a Crown Jewel, and I liked it.
