River of Peace

Sat by a river and began to write.

"

RIVER OF PEACE

 

River of peace calls out to me

Speaking a language so moving, so free

Tranquility at its best

Flowing beauty, never at rest

Producing a sound

Its meaning……so profound

Like a song

Flowing lyrics, rhythmic, and strong

This river of tranquility

Call out to me, peacefully

This was a beautiful flow of imagery and emotional release. It took me to a place of peace and let me drift for a while there. You have certainly capture the essence of a river as it courses and rolls through and around the rocks and landscape serene.
