A Rose In The Night

A Rose In The Night

A Poem by SarahRose

A Rose in the Night

At Dusk

Moonlight Dim

Simmers of Life…..Mystify

Veils the rose from petals to stem

Encircling the rose in the night

A golden misty haze

Set apart in the dark

Capturing the pose of life

The rose in the night

Her petals soft

Her stem like a graceful tower

Her beauty calling out to eyes

Who would dare to behold her golden light?

In the night air

Behold the rose petals of beauty, elegance, and grace

Behold her in your sight

She is a rose in the night

Beautiful poem, could/should be a song.
Roses are always special , but
when you paint a picture like this it
takes on a whole new meaning.

Beautiful,

Very beautiful and, dare I say, romantic?

A Poem inspired by life and I suppose I would say that the words just came to me............and then..........the drawing came next. It just happened and the timing was right.

I love your sense of rose as a woman and more floral than grace, well done, flows perfectly and without distraction, good read.
