I would tear my wrist open 
Let the blood start flowing 
Like rivers so deep 
Running under bridges to sleep 
Promises we break 
Like the universe, we take 
I'm not going to make it 

Listen to me, I warned you
Of the prophets speaking before you 
I've adored you 

Because of that I'm going to
Break you apart and burn you 
Set a stake through my heart and
Harmed you 
How the table have turned
And tore you 

I'm invincible and bleeding 
And my emotions are sleeping

I can very much relate to the intense roiling wave of vengeance this narrator feels toward the one who made him/her bleed in such a deeply personal way. This is one reason staying far apart is often the best way to end such alliances (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
