Even if I Could Dream...

About the end of the world... And how humans think they're so powerful

Even if I could fantasize, 

There would be fire,

 And the river of my mind,

 Would twist-

 Burn with desire,  

Even if I could dream, 

The world would still end,

 Meteors and falling stars,

 Crashing- 

Exploding into blends, 

Even if I could imagine,

 Imagining is not enough, 

To stop the trumpets war cry,

  The fury- 

The flames of God; ambitious,  

Even if I could hope, 

All my will would still crumble, 

The world we once knew,

 Smoking-

 Poisoned from ashes to rubble,

 Even if I stood against, 

The blow would strike my face,

 It's better to sit and accept, 

The fall- 

The end of the human race,

How beautiful would it be, to stand in the midst of the end of the world like an orchestrator composing his final piece.

You hit this slam to America...but it slammed every unfair government....Also this poem reminds me of Michael Jackson's song Earth Song....I always cry whenever I hear that....
Now two things are certain I guess....either betterment of earth or cruel destruction of earth...obviously the second ones seems to be possible without an ouce of doubt...
I love the ending of this poem,,,,honestly! Thanks for sharing this strong gal! ;)

I feel sadness for this generation. Few days of peace. Two longest war and hate abound everywhere. The sad part is 98% of our world are good people. Don't want their sons and daughters to fight and die in faraway wars. I believe up to us. Stand for the right things and be kind. Powerful words and thoughts dear Sarah.
