Stars Amongst the SkyA Poem by LazerRaysA weird mix of geekiness and sadness... How kinda random
I used to be so cold,
Then there was something about you Ignited a supernova in my heart, The dying pain strewn like modern art, Like a quasar explodes with beams of light, Every twinkling star you gaze in the night, Spinning around each other like we're binary stars, Pulsar feelings extend to you like the contraries are, Brilliant trails of comets flying by me, Intricate as the maze of spiral galaxies, You warmed me inside like the suns radiant rays, And I revolve around you throughout all my days, Paint the blackness vibrant like a nebula's space, Drawing me in uncontrollably like Sagittarius A, It's rare along the folds of the universe, An energy strong but sparking contraverse, It's sad to see a young star die, Burning out amongst the skies, But I must redshift to save the ember, To a dimension as old as man can remember © 2018 LazerRaysAuthor's Note
