Dark One Reasons

#4 of my Dark One Series

I've lived my life
as a coward.
Friends turned against
me when the time came.
Children ran away from
the 'odd child'.
Once my family found
out what i did...
They cast me out
like everyone else.
I stole the Dagger,
took the Dark One's
life so I could be free.
I did it to save my life
but the cost was my soul.
Now silly girls and
thoughtless boys
make deals with me.
Never mind the price
or how i became there
benefactor.
I never had friends,
I lost my family,
and I am still a
Coward.
