So tiredA Poem by Sarah W. FrenchI'm tired...
So tired i could die
To many jobs to count My hands are tied My eyes are locked shut Fists balled, ready to fight So tired I could die Float away on the wind Let my voice scream Till whispers remain So tired I could die My body needs food My heart need love I need a family To hug and to hold So tired I could die But my mind wont let me I fight in a world Where my words are unwanted Thoughts go broken in a gutter So tired I could die Let my words fly away But i'm a cowered, Frightened of death Scared of destruction So tired I could die But life is worth living And I'm strong enough, To survive this hurtful Reality called Earth © 2012 Sarah W.
