UnbearableA Poem by Sarachance meetingsKeith? Kevin? Kennan? If I knew your name then that would be a small comfort. Your slanted smile is a haunting remembrance, And I am terrified of forgetting you Kevin? Kennan? Keith? When your gaze met mine I was entranced, And from then on I was at a loss for words that could make you stay just a little longer. Kennan? Keith? Kevin? I didn’t think that love at first sight could work this way, And I try to stay sane , Even still knowing that I’ll never see you again. Keith? Kevin? Kennan? It was just a random meeting, But it seemed like more to me. Your eyes matched mine; that has to count for something. Kevin? Kennan? Keith? The memory of your handshake, the way your hand fit mine, Is almost too much to bear. All I want is to feel it again. I just can’t bear not seeing you again!
