Morphing The BeastA Poem by Sara LynnA woman who morphs from Human to Lycan.Morphing The Beast Halloween joins us, blood moon rises. Demonic allegiance come together, in underground darkness. Only the hateful, for the craving of mortal flesh. We prepared a man for the feeding. Roped his arms and legs, to a wooden cross. Using a human skull as a bowl, the Lycan leader spills his blood. I swallow the red, tingles like a drug. Hands, fingers and feet elongate with excruciating torture. A tail protrudes, the noise of forced cracks. Pain runs down my spine, bones shift as they knit into their new design. My skin wants to combust and rip apart. I drop to my knees, scraping off my skin with my claws. Fur emerges with itch from beneath. I salivate, teeth sharpen like razor blades. Nostrils turn to a snout. I can smell, my new dog stench. Baby blue eyes become black, as they strain to see. I am now eager. Snarling at the flesh, tied to the cross. My long pink tongue, slid across my pearly whites. Hunger for the mortal, ache in my stomach. Adrenaline paces, our eyes meet. Tears roll down the man’s face with fear. He was a rapist, who I get the pleasure of killing. With a deep breath, I open up my jaws. I bit out his heart And I say to him, “I’ll see you in hell”.
