I Kissed Away The Queen

I Kissed Away The Queen

A Poem by Sara Lynn
"

About a love of a man and a woman who sinned and rather die together on their own, than to be tortured by their kingdom.

"

I Kissed Away The Queen

The lace on her dress
were flowers.
Yellow ribbon
wrapped her waist.
I touched her crown,
felt the wealth.
I held her in my arms,
felt the purity.
Her voice spoke to me,
Like an angel.
Eyes that sparked,
like stars in the sky.
I held her hand,
and kissed her cheek.
Brought the bottle
to her rosy lips.
Giving her,
my dose of love.
A tear came,
I sipped the poison too.
Laid side by side,
on the bed.
Our vision blurred,
and turned to blackness.

This is a love that is very hard to explain, I am glad if others may like it as well.
