He Who Holds The Magic Within

He Who Holds The Magic Within

A Poem by Sara Lynn
"

Poem written of real and passionate love. Knowing that one person could never leave you even if they tried. For me, this poem is dedicated to my boyfriend Drew. I love you baby!

"
He Who Holds The Magic Within

He holds my hand softly
Lingering around my body,
Then touches my chest,
I can’t get over the love he brings inside and out of me
The warmth of him feeling my skin,
Bringing back an old memory
He creates life in my heart and soul whenever
Whispering my name gently into my ear
The sound of his voice captivates me
In words that I can’t explain

He’s like an ocean,
He keeps swaying his way into my heart,
It brings a sensation that sends me through a loop
It’s the thought of his presence that signifies
That he wants to be with me through the good times and the bad

Through the sheets we lay,
As we toss and we turn
They begin to ruffle away from us
The heat of the night brings me to love him
And the want to hold him close to me forever
He grips my hips through the passionate moment
Kisses my neck and makes a mark I will never forget,
Even when it fades away

I grip his back as we motion to the rhythm of our bodies
His face suddenly becomes an angel’s
I bring myself to kissing his body like it’s a block of gold
The way he makes my heartbeat rush,
Brings the will to never let go of him

His strong thrust to love me has brought me to life again,
Like nothing else matters
But as he paces faster,
I try to handle everything coming at me all at once
The intense love,
Heat moving between us,
The genital friction and pressure,
It just takes my breathe away

And from now on in,
my body will always need his presence with me,
to keep it alive

This poem signifies that there is such a thing as real love. That everything your lover does, never fails to make and keep you happy. That just the way they look at you, can drive you into the stars.

Fantastic! There is definitely a difference between lust and love, and this is clearly love. I hope you had your boyfriend read this because it would just turn into another symbol of why you both love each other so much, it is truly beautiful.
I don't get to read too many love poems like this, it was extremely refreshing, warmed my heart to read. I'm glad you have this kind of love in your life to help create such wonderful writing :)

Very descriptive and intelligent... A true romantic!!! I used to be a believer, but skepticism through trial and error has eroded that perfect beach. I'm proud of you for finding such sentiments and running with them...

It is an absolutely brilliant poem. It captures passion better than any camera can come close to. Keep up the good work, and I am looking forward to more of your writing.

"He’s like an ocean, He keeps swaying his way into my heart" - This is probably my favorite line out of the entire poem. Nicely done!

I really enjoyed this because it invoked such an emotion in me... not that of experience, but that of a desired intimacy, the only kind that is both terrifying and exhilarating at once... bravo!

Wow, I can easily say this is one of the best love poems I have seen on this sight in forever! It's just the right length, has it's own style, and the title you chose for it, I have to say, is just perfect for a love poem(it flows and is somewhat enchanting). I can tell you poured your heart out into this piece, which is what makes this piece all the more beautiful. Awesome performance, you're going to do well on this sight once you get your name known! :)
