Beauty Contained

Beauty Contained

A Poem by Sunflower/Sara Kendrick

Beauty contained radiates quietly

Elegant like Wisteria neatly pruned

On trellis with blooms weeping lightly

Grace and beauty sending a merry tune

Beauty running wild up and down the street

Is like Wisteria running up tall pine trees

Pretty for a very short time one of spring's facet

Someday will die from lack _root strength disease

Tulips with their rainbow of spring's color

Sit still in place letting their beauty glow

Contained bless landscapes with multicolor

Not running here and there sitting still put on show

i love seeing the beauty interpreted here thru your eyes...it is wild, free, untamed and genuine...

A well tended garden breathes out such beautiful form, and your words confess the beauty so well... There is the wildness and there is the structure, and both do paint lovely landscapes!

You truly love plants, don't you .. and you write so sensitively, gently, calmly about them. I see you sitting or walking very, very slowly, peering into the centre of flowers, watching sun glint on leaves - okay, that may be my imagination working but that's how I interpret your words. :)
