Great Blue Heron

Great Blue Heron

A Poem by Sunflower/Sara Kendrick
"

Tanka

"

Great Blue Heron stood

Thin as a flat toothpick split

Camouflaged sky-blue

Waits in blue water knee deep

Silently creeps jolt attack

Jolt attack. Smashing put together of these words. Whole thing a picture told in few words.
Well done.
Alex.

What a stunning beauty... Love to see herons fly over here.. they are graceful and mysterious... You breathe them out so profoundly here.

Amazing. I could see the Great Blue Heron as I read this, they hang around a lot in the area where I live. I really love this. I give it 100.
