mmmm nature all the way ...a fine haiku ...did you mean to have 4 syllables in the first line? ... your fire ball, pines and fog all create an image in me noodle that contain three mwavelous elements .. all are favorite things to me... especially the fog on the pines ;) thanks for sharing Sunflower

Sometimes I use the Haiku form without following the rules completely..Sara...Silly poet.

from what i gather even the Japanese do not always hold to the traditional 5-7-5 ;)

Love your haiku! It paints a very vivid and beautiful picture of nature.
