A Poem by Sapphire
Waiting. For what I wonder I came through death But am faltering in life With no direction Abundant uncertainty Nothing Just waiting.

I had to read this poem a few times to nail the sentence structure. If this is the effect you want, then it's working -- getting a reader to re-read a short poem is never a bad thing. I ended up reading it as "For what?, I wonder".
It is very effective that you only use punctuation twice, both in the form of "waiting." There is a tight focus on that pause, which the reader emulates and empathises with.
The mirroring of abundant uncertainty with nothing is also very provocative, as of course an abundance of something IS something, but when it is uncertainty it is less tangible than mist.
Overall, a short poem which leaves you with something to think about, as I believe my review has shown! Welcome to the 'site.
