“Let’s Find Each Other”

By. E.D.

I've been looking everywhere.

Looking here, looking there.

Nothing I seem to find.

Just simple words like wind.

The words I escape,

Are the words I wish I could take back.

No one notices it.

But I do.

My head is in a cloud.

Yours in the ground.

Your laugh hits me like a light bulb.

It’s addicting.

I look everywhere,

But I can’t find you.

I’m trying to find,

That loose string of mine.

And I don’t even need it.

It’s you; it’s you, my love.

I’ve found you.

Did you found me?

The words you escape,

Are the words you wish you could take back.

But to me their free.

I’m walking in a path of rain,

I look forward the rainbow ahead,

But I don’t seem to look at it because

My eyes are in a person a person,

Of love.

Let’s find each other?
