I'm sorry

I'm sorry

A Poem by Saphire Stridon-Traencendyis
"

'Tis the classic "I'm sorry" poem... with a twist *evil grin*

"
I’m sorry
I loved you
I’m sorry
I let my guard down;
Near an aura like yours
I’m sorry
I couldn’t quit;
I failed you.

Your mortal eyes;
Deep brown
Beautiful
No, worse,
So innocent

I’m sorry
You can’t help me
I’m sorry
You got tangled in this
I’m sorry
You can’t love me;
Near as much as I love you

My immortal eyes
Longing for color,
Hollow,
Pain shinning through,
I can’t feel you there anymore.

I’m not sorry
I love you
I’m not sorry
Your aura was strong
I’m not sorry
I don’t regret;
Talking to you
I’m not sorry
You came to me;
That morning before ballet…

Immortal eyes;
Pain is hollow within.
The innocent girl
Not inside anymore
“she can’t come out and play right now”
Because, deep down, she’s gone;
But you can catch her glimpse,
If you’re lucky

Gazing into the little girl’s eyes
Seeing her innocence;
Hollow in her eyes.

Pentru o secundă am simţit atât de curajos.
