When I get this way? (Do you still love me)

My first poem in a while, to my love about my mood swings and bipolar disorder.

I hate this feeling that I get, I hate how suddenly it hits. One second I’m filled with smiles and joy. The next I lack all emotion I’m dull. You ask me what’s wrong I say I’m okay. We both know I’m not but what’s left to say. I don’t know what I just have to say... Do you still love me... when I get this way? The silence it kills, my lack of emotion kills you. I’m sucked in a void I don’t know what to do. My life had no meaning til you came inside. I fear that I’m depleting the love left this time. I’m sorry I’m always getting real moody like this. You should just leave me forever and find your true bliss. I know I’m a burden I know I’m a pain. My head drives me crazy I’m going insane. But all there is left for me to say is... Do you still love me, when I get this way? I don’t know anything I want in life right now no I don’t have a clue. I love you so much that the grey sky looks blue. I fight so much with my feeling and emotions that I get caught up in the fray. I’m just so afraid that I might lose you one day. I know it’s just a feeling but it’s one I can’t shake I’m tired of feeling useless I don’t know how much more I can take. There is nothing left for me to say but... Do you still love me when I get this way? When you have to force me out the bed and put clothes over my head make sure that I shower cause I’ll rather stay in bed. Make sure that I eat even though I could go weeks without. Make sure I’m okay although we both know I won’t say. After all of these things have been done and it looks like the battle is finally won. All I can ask you and all I can say is... Do you still love me when I get this way.
