The Boy Who Had It All

The Boy Who Had It All

A Poem by Sanbino Rodriguez-White
"

This is Somewhat of a tribute to a boy, at my school who was very popular, but at the end of the day he ended up killing himself...

"
There once was this boy, who was given the world...
He could have any friend, he could get any girl...
He could open his mouth and they all would listen...
He can walk through the hall...
They'd see how he glistens...
But with all off the fame, and all of the friends...
No body cared to ask how he had been...
And one fatal day, some time after school...
He went for a walk, where we'd find out soon..
He went to the grave yard, he pulled out a gun...
The pulled the trigger, and the world was undone...
Now all of them gasp and said their goodbyes...
They all sit and wonder, but no one knew why...
The boy who had it all, would rather just die...

This is heartbreaking. Too often, this kind of thing happens. It reminds of a neighbor kid who hung himself. His devastated parents had no idea why he did it. Then there are others who have nothing but claw and fight their way to better circumstances.
