Miracle

Amongst this huge noise,
When I mutely behold
That-
Last leaf -withering away
Taciturn- I stand!

The eyes hence rolls around
To catch the glimpse of
The last voyage of the roving clouds…
That river where meanders
The last hope!

Round the bend,
I may sound, my folks!
For I fancy that
those dying flowers
must blossom…
For it must see
What it means to me!

If only the prayers would
have worked !
I could see the shining Sun
amidst the nights!
And the thorns of cactus
Could never pierce my heart!

This gust of air brings in
The hope!
That the rain shall drench my land
That the wind will blow off the sand…
That the mighty heaven will speak-
A word!

Blind-folded, I am
For I trust merely- in

Some miracle can happen and we are too blind to see them. I like the desire and hope in this poem. we must hold on to hope and dreams. miracles can happen if the heart and mind gather many with the same. Thank you for the excellent poem.

A great way to express oneself as the space between passion and the reason and come across with a feel for both. Its a start until the day when you'll answer the question of the miracle as ' Who? Me? '
