I wish there was more time to be with you
Turn back time so I won’t cry like this

Why so hard is I can’t forget you

Is the fact that I Wasn't even by your side

At least to say goodbye.

I can feel the sad frustration at not being able to say goodbye.

I prefer the first four lines of this poem. You could have stopped there and delivered the same message. The last three lines need some structure work. Keep at it... you have great ideas.

Damn you absolutely got me here. Grief is so powerful it almost hurts, to me anyway. When you mess up and lose someone who you loved so dearly it hits you like a ton of bricks... I can relate to this right now.
