“War is not the answer for only love can conquer hate,” Marvin said. “But all I’ve known is war and war is all I’ve known,” said the Millennial.
Desert skies are dark and dreary when misery makes a man grow weary Sun don’t shine and clouds stay sparse for fire fights light up our nights
Weeping, gasping, crying, sighing, wondering, wandering while we all are dying Mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, macabre visions engulfed in horrors
“War is not the answer for only love can conquer hate”, “Marvin said. But all I’ve known is war and war is all I’ve known said the Millennial.
A long shadow has been cast toward our future direct from our past Horizon colors glow radiantly amongst the shadow of hypocrisy
Blue skies surround ancient ruins in decay Enhanced and advanced from the mortar bomb display
Soiled somber symbols of beautiful places Captured in features that look like The Faces Of War.
“War is not the answer for only love can conquer hate,” Marvin said. “But all I’ve known is war and war is all I’ve known,” said the Millennial.
There’s solace in peace and chaos in battle Like the hissing of snakes when they slither and rattle
Through broken bone that turned brown from the sun And skeletons scattered for snakes to prey on
Since no one is left, not a sound, not a sight The rattlers and bones tell the tale of the fight
That never ending battle for what’s right Day after day and night after night
“But only love can conquer hate” Marvin said. “War is the only answer I’ve ever known” said the Millennial.
