Daddy's ham

Fun with my son

That's Daddy's ham!
But here it comes that little hand
A cheeky little primate
Is stealing from my plate
Whatever's on there
He's got to have a taste

He smiles so sweet
Gives me a little "pweese"
And there it goes
My old heart squeezes

Green eyes of Ireland
He's too good lookin
this squidgy little human
Will only eat Daddys cookin

Author's Note

I know it's simple, but I find that the Poems I write about my son tend to come out like this, I think it makes it more charming. Any comments welcome
