Dream adventureA Poem by Samuel JackBits of real dreams and made up bits to make it Interesting
Bending flowers gently yield to the warm wind
I walk on endless roads past city's with names like horses The sun shrivels into the horizon and I'm drenched in moon glow Burnt orange sparks drift lazily past, a small dog falls asleep in my lap The only sound fires crackle and snap A book of circular motions release energys that have not moved in century's An old man points the way I should see, I turn to speak but He was always a tree I've never made jewellery before, a few leaves and twigs gathered from the busy forest floor I'm with an old friend, his name I couldn't guess Climbing spiral stairs we come across a web of ropes, the only way forward is to grab forth and grope up into the darkness, secret and pure. Fear is abound but as my friend says "what else is adventure for?" There was a melodic meandering to it all, a long sunlit hall, musical footsteps and breathing I've lost my way There's no sweeter feeling my friend © 2013 Samuel JackAuthor's Note
