Tornado

A Poem by Samuel Collier
"

It's a poem about a tornado and the devastation they cause.

Tornado

By:Samuel Collier

The windows shuddered,

And the wind just muttered.

The lights were swinging,

And for hours the storm was clinging.

Then there was silence,

Before the streets broke to violence.

People began to panic,

the sound, quite satanic.

To their loved ones that were departing,

And at the fires that were just starting.

Sirens were heard in the distance,

The one sign of hope in this existence.

Short and sweet, Tornados are scary business and I think you captured that in this poem. Nice imagery and kind of funny in a weird way. Keep up the good work!
